In our walk along the path we follow there are crooks and turns and even cliffs to negotiate. A loss of a loved one such as our mate or child will bring you face to face with the reality of your said path. I fell of the cliff when this happened, and my middle age son was carried forth by the Valkyries guiding him to the hall of our fathers. You grasp for straws of denial, but the utter truth is it clears your mind and you know what the path means and how to walk it going forward.
